Blank Slate Creamery takes no shortcuts when it comes to the ice cream game. Ice cream shop owner, Janice Sigler and her son Nat Nuttle joined “Live in the D,” for a taste test of the fresh ingredients.
“We make the fudge, caramel, and any kind of fruit topping right here in store. We do some unique things like put basil and fresh mint in our cream because of the pasteurization right in our shop,” Sigler said.
From classic comforts like browned butter cookie dough to inventive, rotating flavors released every Friday, there is something new to love every time you visit downtown Ann Arbor or downtown Brighton.
