The Michigan State Fair is bringing some new fun to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi this weekend with the World of Wonders show.
“We bring the strange, the odd, the unusual,” said Tommy with the World of Wonders, which is a traveling sideshow that’s been around for more than 70 years.
“I got sword swallowers, fire eaters. We have our strong woman over there. We’ve got 10 live acts, plus the Museum of Marvel, which has over 30 attractions, shrunken heads, giant snakes, a two-headed cow, all kinds of fun stuff to bring the family,” Tommy said.
The fair will also include rides, live music, livestock exhibitors, a butter cow, and a craft beer festival.
The Michigan State Fair runs Aug. 28th through Labor Day at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
