A company familiar to Live in the D viewers is entering a new chapter. The Roof Resource is now rebranding as SkyeVantage, powered by The Roof Resource, as it prepares to expand its services beyond roofs to windows, gutters, gutter guards and siding across its 13-state footprint.
“SkyeVantage powered by The Roof Resource represents a broader vision of the company,” CEO and founder Mike Harvey said during a recent appearance on Live in the D. “We’re now in 13 states, and homeowners are always asking us, other than the roof, what else can you do? Soon we’ll be able to do windows, gutters, gutter guards, siding — all of it.”
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Audrey Isrow says the company focuses on transparency to help homeowners avoid confusing or misleading industry promotions.
“Oftentimes those ads you see — half off labor, $3,000 off your project — aren’t based on real numbers,” Isrow said. “Our first price is our best price. We don’t offer those discounts because we just don’t have to.”
Isrow added that SkyeVantage passes along direct supply-house pricing, pre-negotiates labor rates and provides fully itemized proposals for materials and labor, charging only a flat project fee.
“We do not mark up any of the components of the roofing project,” she said. “We show everyone exactly what you’re paying for and where your money is being spent.”
Harvey highlighted the company’s tech-enabled process, which streamlines communication and scheduling: homeowners are typically contacted within 15 minutes of inquiry, receive a proposal within 45 minutes, and can have a roof installed in 7 to 10 days.
“That’s the detail, and that is our platform — we can deliver that kind of experience uniformly everywhere,” Harvey said.
Citing customer feedback, Harvey framed the model as a way to make home improvement projects simpler and more trustworthy.
“For homeowners, it’s about simplicity, transparency and honesty,” he said. “If you have to negotiate a price, is it honest at that point?”
SkyeVantage says its approach can save homeowners thousands while delivering the same quality products and warranties at prices up to 50% below traditional retail.
