For years, talking about your salary was considered one of those things that you just didn’t do, but Gen Z is changing that.
A new survey highlighted by Forbes found that younger workers are openly discussing their paychecks, debt, and financial stress with friends, and even coworkers. 27% of Gen Z say they have shared exactly how much they make, compared to just 3% of baby boomers.
