Job Summary
Participate in the production of various products including pizza crusts, bread sticks, cookies and scones.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sub-assembly operations covering pizza crusts, bread sticks, salad kits and other similar products.
- Operating machines such as mixers, dividers, presses, wrappers, case erectors, tape machines, L-clip sealers, cheese topping and code dating equipment.
- Inspecting
- Sorting
- Weight checking
- Packaging
- Palatalizing and paperwork documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 25 pounds.
- Evidence of ability to follow directions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced production environment on multiple product lines and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
