This Wayne County movie theatre will show the new Spider-Man movie for 36 non-stop hours

LIVONIA, Mich. – Phoenix Theatres Laurel Park Place will show “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” for over 36 hours non-stop.

The theatre plans to begin showings at 12 p.m. July 30.

Phoenix Theatres will be the only known theatre circuit in Southeast Michigan that will keep the doors open all night long.

The theatre says the event aims to cater to those who miss out on the first showing and can’t wait to watch the movie.

The showings will run into the early mornings and on into normal rotation of shows on Friday for the 36 hours of showtime.

According to the theatre, employees came up with the idea.
