Taylor Man Dies After Being Hit By 2 Cars

TAYLOR, Mich. – Taylor police say a 52-year-old man was hit by two cars Saturday night on Eureka Road.

Police said John Stacy was walking in the roadway at about 10 p.m. when he was first hit by one car that sent him to the ground and then a second car that hit him while he was down.

Police said both drivers stopped and told officers they didn't see Stacy. He died from his injuries at Detroit Receiving Hospital.

Police said the case would be presented to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office because Stacy died.
