HARPER WOODS, Mich. – A 40-year-old Harper Woods student coordinator is accused of trying to get a 17-year-old girl to take nude photos.

Worthy said Bulls worked as a safe and supportive school coordinator at Harper Woods High School when he allegedly took the 17-year-old to a room on Oct. 17 and photographed her with a camera phone. A police report states Bulls grabbed the teen's shirt and looked down it, trying to convince her to take her clothes off so he could take nude pictures. The report said he told her he could sell the photos.
"He was there to make it a safe environment for the students. But, instead, I think he was using his position of authority to coerce this girl into doing what he wanted to do for sexual gratification," said Harper Woods Sgt. Ted Stager.
Bulls has been suspended from his position. He was previously an assistant principal in Detroit and was the former dean of students for Harper Woods. In his position as student coordinator, he counseled students on bullying issues.
He was arraigned Monday and given a 10,000/10 percent bond. He has been ordered to avoid any contact with students in Harper Woods.
His next court hearing is set for Nov. 9.
Bulls has three children.
