No description foundTROY, Mich. – A man is accused of stealing more than 20 cases of shoes from retailer Jimmy Jazz in Troy.
Police investigators said the Eastpointe man worked at the store on 14 Mile Road.
His coworker reported him to police after noticing inventory was missing from the stockroom.
Police went to the store on Wednesday and arrested the 20-year-old employee.
The collective value of the stolen shoes is estimated at more than $20,000.
He is now being charged with embezzlement.
