Second teen charged in Lenawee County locker room sexual assaults

ADRIAN, Mich. – Troy Darnell Burr, 17, of Adrian, was arraigned Tuesday on five felony counts of sexual assault stemming from an alleged incident involving two members of the Madison High School football team last summer.

Burr and 17-year-old Rodolfo Rios are suspected of sexually assaulting two younger members of the football team in the team's locker room in August or September of 2011.

The superintendent of Madison Public Schools went to police in January after hearing rumors of the assaults.

Burr pleaded not guilty in Lenawee County District Court. He is due in court March 19.
