No description foundDEARBORN, Mich. – A man has been sentenced for his role a Dearborn beauty store robbery and the shooting death of its owner last year.
Jay Shin was killed March 15, 2011, at Sunrise Beauty Supply on Schaefer.
At the time, police said gunmen stormed the store, stealing high-priced hair extensions and gunning down Shin.
Two Detroit men, Ronnie Lamont Matthews and Tanaka Jayvon Wells, were both charged in the incident.
Wells has been sentenced to life in prison on murder and firearm charges.
Matthews' sentencing was going to be scheduled after Wells'.
