TROY, Mich. – A 41-year-old Sterling Heights man is accused of drunken driving with his wife and two young children in the car.
In January, Troy police said Labeed Sami Nouri was spotted hitting a curb as he did a u-turn near Wattles and Dequindre roads in January and swerving out of lanes. His wife and two children, ages 4 and 7, were in the car with him, police said.

He was arraigned March 15 on charges of operating while intoxicated and child endangerment.
Police have not released details about what his blood alcohol level was.
He's due back in court April 19.
