Police said after officers had escorted Lingeman out of the store, he gave them a fake name. Officers used a fingerprint scanner to find out his real identity, police said.

When he was put under arrest, Lingeman tried to get away from officers and busted out the two rear windows of a police patrol car, police said.

A search of his car turned up several girls undergarments in a passenger compartment, cell phones and a camera with pictures of young girls on it, police said. Additionally, police said they found a tool box in the trunk with girls undergarments, make up and wigs.

Lingeman has been charged with one count of indecent exposure, malicious destruction of police property and resisting and obstructing police.
