The Discovery Channel released a new ad promoting Shark Week, which sees poor Snuffy the Seal become dinner for a Great White.
The ad proved to be a smash hit with Twitter users, with 'Snuffy the Seal' becoming a trending topic in the U.S. within hours of its initial airing.
Shark Week might be more than a month away, but this commercial is effectively getting fans pumped for August 4. The tagline says it all: ''Shark Week. It's a bad week to be a seal.''
