Joe Louis Arena parking garage, pedestrian tunnels likely closed

DETROIT – The Joe Louis Arena Parking Garage and pedestrian tunnels will likely be closed Monday due to a power failure in downtown Detroit.

If power is restored and the facilities can be opened, they will operate.

The Detroit Red Wings are set to host the Islanders.
