Target robbers arrested while trying to rob another Target

Suspects robbed Target store in Pittsfield Township

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Two suspects have been arrested for breaking into Target stores. A 17-year old Ypsilanti resident and 18-year old Pittsfield Township resident originally broke into the Target store located at 3749 Carpenter Road in Pittsfield Township early Saturday morning.

Before police arrived at the store, the suspects and two others fled the scene and went to another Target in Canton. They broke into that store, and fled in a vehicle when Canton police arrived. They drove into Ypsilanti, where the chase ended and two of the four occupants of the vehicle were arrested by Ypsilanti officers.

The suspects are believed to have broken into the Target store at 2000 Waters Road in Pittsfield Township Saturday.
