STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – The community of Sterling Heights will say final goodbyes Monday to long-time Mayor Richard Notte.
The service is being held at 12pm at the Saint Blasé Catholic Church at 15 mile and Maple lane.
Notte passed away last Tuesday at the age of 76 following a battle with pancreatic cancer.
Notte was serving his 11th, two-year term as Mayor of Sterling Heights.
He left office back in August to focus on his illness.
