Department of Homeland Security celebrates 5 years of combating human trafficking through campaign

DETROIT – The Department of Homeland Security is celebrating their five-year anniversary of combating human trafficking through the Blue Campaign.

The campaign raises awareness and educates the public to recognize human trafficking a report suspected instances.

DHS works in collaboration with law enforcement, government, non-governmental and private organizations, offering training to law enforcement and others to increase detection and investigation of those who exploit human lives.
