No description foundROYAL OAK, Mich. – Royal Oak says ballots can still be dropped off City Hall even though a pipe burst has led to flooding two office spaces.
The city says a heating pipe burst, flooding the city attorney's and clerk's office. Both are closed.
Other City Hall offices are open and voters can follow signs to turn in ballots.
