Man charged in deadly Warren knife attack

WARREN, Mich. – A 52-year-old man faces murder charges after deadly knife attack over the weekend at a house in Warren .
Demetrius Johnson, 24, was killed and another woman was seriously injured when violence broke out at the house on Timken. Vincent Earl Johnson is accused of first stabbing the woman and then Demetrius Johnson, who police said had tried to stop the knife attack on the woman.

Vincent Earl Johnson is charged with first-degree-homicide, assault with intent to murder and two counts of felony firearm. He was arraigned on the charges Tuesday, Warren Mayor Jim Fouts said.
