Man crashes into Ecorse Subway, loses ID while attempting to flee

ECORSE, Mich. – Restaurant goers at a Subway in Ecorse say a man crashed his car into the front entrance of the restaurant located in the 4400 block of Jefferson Avenue. 

Witnesses say the driver took off on foot, adding that the man's ID fell out of his pocket as he ran.

Police were able to arrest the driver around the corner and no injuries were reported from the scene.
