West Bloomfield house fire possibly started by lightning strike
Official cause still under investigation
No description foundWEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. – A house in West Bloomfield was damaged by fire believed to have started with a lightning strike.
It happened in the 6000 block of Ravines Circle, near Maple and Haggerty roads.
Fire officials said there was damage to the home and that the family would be displaced for some time, but is not believed to be a total loss.
Officials believe the fire was caused by a lightning strike, but the official cause is still under investigation.
