Strong natural gas smell reported in Plymouth, Plymouth Township, Northville Township Consumers Energy investigates natural gas smell No description found
PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Consumers Energy is investigating reports of a strong smell of natural gas throughout the city of Plymouth and areas of Plymouth and Northville townships.
The utility company said it has received multiple calls about a strong natural gas smell overnight and into Wednesday morning.
Consumers Energy confirmed they are venting a high pressure gas line in the area of Napier Road between 7 Mile and 8 Mile roads.
