FedEx adds 300 seasonal job openings in Detroit

DETROIT – FedEx is expected to add 50,000 seasonal positions worldwide this year, 300 available in Detroit.

The openings include package handlers and other support positions. In a statement released, FedEx announced that additional job openings will occur before the end of the year.

According to the release, more than one-third of the package handlers hired continued employment after the conclusion of 2016's holiday season.
