Gunman in fatal Detroit shooting Mother's Day weekend wanted by police

DETROIT – Police are searching for the gunman wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that happened Saturday in the 7000 block of Parkland.  

According to police, witnesses said they heard several shots being fired and observed the victim, a 45-year-old man, on the ground dead. 

No further information has been released. Police are still investigating.
