Detroit police rush gunshot victim to hospital

DETROIT – Police put a gunshot victim in a police cruiser and rushed him to a hospital before 10:50 p.m. Tuesday.

The shooting happened in the area of Fullerton Avenue and Linwood Street.

Police said someone in a burgundy minivan opened fire and struck the victim.
