L. Brooks Patterson endorses Bill Schuette for Michigan governor

'He will make an exceptional governor for Michigan'

DETROIT - Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson is endorsing Attorney General Bill Schuette for Michigan governor. 

Schuette is running as a Republican candidate in the 2018 gubernatorial election.

"Bill Schuette has the vision and guts to push Michigan forward," said Patterson. "He is a no-nonsense leader who knows exactly what Michigan needs to do to bring more jobs, more growth, and more families to our state. I am proud to offer my endorsement of Bill Schuette and am confident he will make an exceptional Governor for Michigan."

Schuette also has been endorsed by President Donald Trump, three-term Michigan Governor John Engler, former Secretary of State Candice Miller, Congressman John Moolenaar, Congressman Dave Trott, and Michigan's Republican National Committeewoman Kathy Berden.
