25-year-old man found dead after house fire in Southwest Detroit Man’s body found upstairs, officials say

DETROIT – A 25-year-old man was found dead after firefighters put out a house fire in Southwest Detroit
The discovery was made at 3:31 a.m. Wednesday (Sept. 7) in the 4800 block of Lonyo Street, near Michigan Avenue, according to authorities.
Detroit firefighters were called to the scene to extinguish a house fire, police said. Arson investigators were called, and a 25-year-old man was found dead upstairs, according to officials.
No additional information has been revealed.
