Double-shooting in Highland Park kills 1, injures another Investigation is ongoing
HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. – Michigan State Police troopers are helping police in Highland Park investigate a fatal shooting Wednesday, May 29.
The shooting happened just before 5 p.m. on Pilgrim Street. Police confirmed two men were shot. The target of the shooting, a 41-year-old man from Detroit, died from his injuries . A 61-year-old man from Highland Park is expected to survive.
No suspects have been taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing.
