Fatal crash closes both sides of Beck Road in Oakland County A 62-year-old man from Novi has died
NOVI, Mich. – A fatal crash has caused the closure of northbound and southbound Beck Road in Oakland County.
The crash occurred on Thursday (Aug. 29) at 5:08 p.m. between 8 Mile and 9 Mile roads in Novi.
Officials say a truck was traveling southbound on Beck Road when a Ford Fusion traveling northbound crossed the centerline and collided with the truck.
The driver of the Fusion was a 62-year-old Novi man who died.
Officials say the driver of the truck had no serious injuries.
Officials say the crash is still under investigation.
