Dundee High School pauses wrestling activities amid hazing investigation
Investigation began in April 2025
MONROE COUNTY, Mich. – Dundee High School is putting all wrestling activities on hold while it looks into a hazing problem.
According to a letter from the superintendent, the investigation started last month after an anonymous complaint.
The superintendent said, “During the investigation, it was brought to our attention that videotaped evidence existed of additional incidents of hazing, fights and even physical assaults by wrestling team members against other wresting team members.”
The superintendent said all school-based wresting-related activities are on hold pending the outcome of the investigation.
The district is hoping any students, parents or staff who know more about the situation will contact them. Tips can be sent anonymously through the OK2AY hotline.
