Man killed in minibike crash on Detroit’s west side Investigation is ongoing
A man was killed May 19, 2025, after crashing into a Dodge Durango on Detroit's west side. (WDIV)
DETROIT – A man was killed Monday morning after crashing a minibike on Detroit’s west side.
It happened at about 6 a.m. Monday, May 19, on Hubbell Avenue, between Tyler and Fullerton avenues, just north of I-96. According to authorities, a man driving a minibike struck a Dodge Durango.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
