Body pulled from Clinton River in Macomb County Authorities confirm body found under Gratiot Avenue Bridge
MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – A dead body was pulled from the Clinton River in Mount Clemens on Thursday.
According to authorities, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call at about 2:30 p.m. from someone regarding a possible body in the Clinton River, under the Gratiot Avenue Bridge.
The caller reportedly said they saw two feet among the debris in the water.
Sheriff’s deputies arrived and confirmed it was a body, which was then removed by the county’s Marine Division.
Further details were not revealed at the time. The investigation is ongoing.
