Detroit police seek man accused of breaking glass door during argument

$500 reward offered for information

DETROIT – Police in Detroit are looking for a man who reportedly smashed a glass door at a party store during an argument.

It happened Friday, June 6, at about 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Chene Street.

According to authorities, the suspect got into an argument with store staff, left the store, grabbed a blunt object and used it to repeatedly hit the glass door, causing the glass to crack.

Police said he appeared to have a hospital band on his right arm.
