DETROIT – Another festival is coming to Hart Plaza.
The Hart of Detroit Summer Fest is set for Thursday, June 19.
The one day festival will feature dozens of Detroit rappers including Sada Baby.
Before it starts at 5 p.m., there will be a block party at 12 p.m. sponsored by the upcoming AfroFuture Festival.
