WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man was arrested Thursday evening after allegedly hitting his mother in West Bloomfield Township.
A woman called police just before 7 p.m. on June 12, 2025, reporting that her adult son had struck her. She said she went outside their home in the 7400 block of Brynmawr Court while her son remained inside.
Officers arrived at the home, and negotiators contacted the man. After several hours of negotiations over the phone, he agreed to come outside. He was then arrested for domestic assault and battery.
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
