Crash closes I-696 at Hoover in Macomb County

Police lights. (WDIV)MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – All lanes of westbound I-696 at Hoover Road are blocked due to a crash, officials said.
Update: WB I-696 reopen following semi rollover in Macomb County
Entrance ramps at 11 Mile, Gratiot, Groesbeck, Bunert and Hoover are also closed.
