Community to hold search party for missing, endangered 82-year-old Ann Arbor man

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – An 82-year-old man from Ann Arbor is still missing, and volunteers are invited to attend a search party on Wednesday to help find him.

Ralph Yang was last seen around 7:15 p.m. on June 23, 2025, in the area of Pin Oak Drive and White Oak Drive when he went for a walk and didn’t return home.

Police said Yang has Parkinson’s disease.

He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved light blue shirt with white stripes and light blue pants.

Community members interested in volunteering in the search effort can head to the Forsythe Middle School parking lot located at 1655 Newport Road at 1:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. on June 25.

Anyone who has seen him or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Ann Arbor Police Department front desk at (734) 794-6920.
