DETROIT – A behavioral health clinic will soon relocate to the former U.S. Citizenship and Immigration building on Detroit’s east side.
CNS Healthcare’s location in East Warren will be located at 11411 E Jefferson Avenue. The building features a three-acre secure campus with 298 parking spaces and an attached parking deck, as well as a 240-person conference room, two loading docks, an on-site generator, LED lighting, and 10-foot ceilings throughout.

All clinical operations currently at the organization’s location on Warren Avenue will be transitioned to the new facility by the fall.

More details on expanded staffing, new program offerings, and the future of the East Warren site will be announced at a later time.
