DETROIT – There is a heavy police presence as a standoff unfolds in a neighborhood on Detroit’s west side.

The incident occurred on Thursday (July 17) at Prest and Chalfonte streets due to a barricaded situation.
Local 4 shot a video in the last hour of the police scene where weapons are drawn.
