Taylor police searching for 3 persons of interest in connection with shooting that killed teen

TAYLOR, Mich. – Taylor police are searching for three persons of interest in connection with a shooting that killed a 14-year-old.

The shooting happened in the area of Eureka Road and Pine Street around 9 p.m. on July 19.

According to Taylor Police, the 14-year-old was in an argument with a group of three others before someone pulled out a gun. No one has been arrested.

The family identified the teen as 14-year-old Trey Kimber.

Taylor police said they are now searching for three persons of interest in connection with the shooting. Officials did not provide details on the persons of interest.
