2 dead, 2 injured in shooting on Detroit’s west side

DETROIT – Two people are dead and two others are injured after a shooting on Detroit’s west side early Monday morning.

The shooting happened at a gas station on Puritan near the Lodge and Livernois on July 28. Police said the man killed was in his 30s.

Three women were injured in the shooting, and on Monday afternoon, police said one of the women died from her injuries.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
