Stevie Nicks reschedules Detroit show due to injury

Sept. 7 show has been moved to Oct. 28

DETROIT – Stevie Nicks has postponed her concert at Little Caesars Arena due to a shoulder injury. Shows in several other cities have also been rescheduled.

“Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled,” according to an announcement on Nicks’ Instagram account.

The Fleetwood Mac star was originally set to perform at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on Sunday, Sept. 7, but that performance has been moved to Tuesday, Oct. 28.

All previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new concert date. Ticketholders can find more information at the point of purchase.

Here’s a full list of the rescheduled tour dates:

  • October 28, Detroit, Little Caesars Arena
  • November 12, Saint Paul, Xcel Energy Center
  • November 15, Toronto, Scotiabank Arena
  • November 19, Brooklyn, Barclays Center
  • November 24, Boston, TD Garden
  • November 30, Cincinnati, Heritage Bank Center
  • December 3, Columbia, Colonial Life Arena
  • December 7, Tampa, Amalie Arena
  • December 10, Hollywood, Hard Rock Live

The tour dates that were previously scheduled throughout October are unaffected by this.

“The concert schedule will resume on Wednesday, October 1, in Portland, Oregon. Stevie looks forward to seeing everyone soon and apologizes to the fans for this inconvenience,” according to the post.
