Detroit police search for information about murder of 29-year-old man Man killed on May 16, 2025

DETROIT – Detroit police are seeking information about a murder on the city’s west side in the early morning hours of May 16, 2025.
It happened in the area of Waverly Street and Dexter Avenue, where a 29-year-old man was shot while sitting inside a car.
He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
