OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – The Auburn Hills man accused of exposing himself to a group of young girls twice was arraigned on Tuesday.
Brandon John Richardson, 32, allegedly exposed himself to a group of pre-teen girls outside a Shake Shack in the Village of Rochester Hills on June 29.

The group of girls reported that his zipper was down and he had exposed himself. A few minutes later, the girls moved in front of the Barnes & Noble store nearby.
Authorities said the girls saw the same man a second time, later identified as Richardson, and he lifted his shirt again, exposing his “privates.”
The girls allegedly yelled at Richardson the second time he did this, which caused him to quicken his pace, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.
Several women nearby asked the group of girls if they needed help, and that’s when Richardson ran away through the open-air food court and into the parking lot.
The sheriff’s office released video of the suspect on Aug. 4 and asked for the public’s help identifying him. Richardson, accompanied by his attorney, turned himself in to deputies at around 8:15 p.m. on Monday.
Richardson was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. He was given a $5,000 personal bond. A conviction on the charges carries up to one year in jail.
“I appreciate the public’s help with numerous tips coming in after the suspect’s photo was released,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard. “He was taken into custody last night and now has been charged and arraigned. We look forward to this case moving forward in the days ahead.”
He is expected to appear in court on Aug. 27.
