Here’s how you can buy a granite paver in Greektown

DETROIT – The Greektown Legacy Paver Campaign is offering people a chance to buy a custom-engraved granite paver.

The Greektown Neighborhood Partnership launched the campaign to give people a chance to create pavers that will be permanently installed along the newly designed Monroe Street.

Each 10-inch by 20-inch paver includes up to six lines of personalized text. You can include names, dates, quotes, or messages.

“This is more than a streetscape project, it’s a chance to be part of Greektown’s legacy for generations to come,” said Athina Papas, GNP board chair and president. “We wanted to give everyone in the community a chance to be part of this project. These pavers recognize the people and stories that have shaped Greektown and ensure they’re part of its future.”
