DETROIT – It’s been a long time coming. Alo is opening its doors this weekend at Hudson’s Detroit -- kicking off a new era for downtown shopping.
The grand opening weekend will continue through Sunday, August 24, featuring engaging activities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the store remaining open until 7 p.m

There’s also a special Alo Recovery Wellness Walk on Sunday morning at 10:30, which highlights the importance of health and wellness.
“Detroit is brimming with purpose and Alo’s dedication to wellness and community complements the city’s vibrancy and growth,” said Bedrock’s Senior Vice President of Leasing Naumann Idrees. “As the inaugural retail tenant at Hudson’s Detroit, we welcome Alo and embrace this as a significant moment for the city.”
In the coming months, the 12-story building, adjacent to the new skyscraper, will introduce additional brands like Tecovas, a Western wear brand, along with curated dining and shopping experiences.
