OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Nathan McDonald, a 35-year-old resident of Oakland County, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The incident occurred on Sunday (Aug. 17) when police said a 16-year-old girl was shopping at the Oakland Township Kroger with her mother.

Police said McDonald allegedly touched the 16-year-old girl’s stomach and buttocks.
Fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct is a high misdemeanor punishable by up to two years and/or a $500 fine.
