1 killed, 2 hurt in domestic shooting in Port Huron, police say

A father was arrested Thursday for allegedly shooting his three children, killing one, in Port Huron.

The shooting happened at an apartment complex in the area of Krafft Road and 24th Avenue (M-25) in Port Huron on Sept. 11 at around 6 a.m.

Crash, fuel spill causes SB Lodge Freeway closure at Wyoming Avenue

The southbound lanes on the Lodge Freeway were closed at Wyoming Avenue early Thursday morning due to a crash and a fuel spill.

The crash was reported by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) at around 5:13 a.m. on Sept. 11 on the Lodge at Wyoming Avenue.

According to Michigan State Police, a semi-truck crashed and spilled about 700 pounds of diesel fuel all over the freeway.

Police, FBI seek public’s help to identify shooter in killing of Charlie Kirk

The shooter who killed conservative activist Charlie Kirk remains on the loose.

Kirk was killed with a single shot Wednesday, Sept. 10, at the Utah Valley University campus. The FBI believes the shooting was targeted.
