EB I-96 at Beck Road reopens following deadly crash At least 2 people killed in crash
OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – All lanes on eastbound I-96 at Beck Road were closed Tuesday morning due to a deadly crash.
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) reported the freeway closure at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2025.
Local 4 at the scene was able to confirm at least two people are dead, and at least two cars were involved in the crash.
The freeway reopened at around 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
